Please email info@revolutionhairsolutions with your order #, name and email address to start the returns process. 

All items are eligible for a store credit or refund within 30 days of shipment. No return or store credit will be issued after 30 days. Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date you received your order.

We process returns within 14 days of receipt and will issue you a credit in the form of a code to the email address you used when placing your order after we have received back the item and inspected it. 

We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned to us. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for.
